Today I had a pretty good day with my nephew. I really don’t know what else to write because it was too hot again. So I think I am going to go hop in the shower then veg. so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here. Sorry for the short blog
Today was a pretty good day. My nephew, Anthony, came over and his dad was doing some other things so Danielle, her mom and I had to keep him busy. Before he came I went to the bank, DMV, got gas and got my hair cut. I did all of that in two hours which was pretty good. I think why I got all that done so fast because I left the house a little bit after 8 am this morning. After I got home the family went out to go shopping for some toys for him. The reason is because his birthday is next week and we won’t be able to see him so we want him to pick out what he wanted. He picked out some PJs he wanted. I am shocked that he wanted some clothes most kids want toys. However we did go to Toys R Us and he picked out some. He was really close to me today. I think because I am the only male and he feels close to me. He was so cute he even asked if I am a daddy too. I told him no but I am his uncle. Well I am going to relax now so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
I am so glad today is Friday. Work was pretty good I had to train someone which is not too bad but hope she will be good in the department. I guess I would see how she will do. She used to work in the department before I started over there. Anyway I really don’t have much to write about because I am beat. I am going to end this now and I will write about more stuff later. Today was payday and once again most of my paycheck went to bills. I just have to learn that is life. I was down a few day thinking about it. I just wish I can pay off the bills and never look back but I would need to make more money for that. Anyway I need to get some things done. So this is Matt in the hat and I am out of her.
Once again work was crazy. I am getting sick of the crazy days I feel like I would never get my work done. People calling back and want to know why things are not being done. Well if we are not short staff I am sure work can get done. Here is my story of the day about work. The last call I took today the patient has an insurance that we don’t have agreement with. So happen that insurance is two parts. One part we do and the other we don’t. So the patient telling me that we have to take the one that we don’t have an agreement with. I explain that He will be out of network. He told me he understood that but we have to take it since we took the other part. Then he got mad at me because I told him no we are not allow to do any adjustments since he went out of network. He told me that we have to by law. I explain to him that it’s the patient’s choice that they can see and if they want to go out of network that’s up to them. Anyway that’s my story about work. I am just so beat the last few days I am shocked I can blog. So this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
Today a patient called me today and told me to file claims to her husband’s insurance. The charges were in April and May of this year. So I asked her when his insurance’s effect date. She stated to me that it was in June or July of this year. So I explain to her the date of service was back in April and May. She told me that just file the claim so they can pay. I told her I can’t if the patient wasn’t cover. She keep going on and on about filing the claims to them. I told her that I will check with his insurance and find out the effect date and go from there. Am I missing anything? Why would an insurance company pay on a charge that they didn’t have you? Oh well I am going to watch some tv so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
Today at work it was so crazy. We had a few people off and we could tell. I felt like I have been talking all day. It has been so busy I didn’t note a lot of accounts. I had some good calls but most of my calls weren’t that lucky. One patient had me on phone for an hour. She wants to know why her credit was marked for charges in 2008. She paid us in this year and the credit was marked this year. She paid us the same month that her credit was marked. She tried to blame us for everything. She really didn’t get to me but just the time I was on the phone. Then another lady I felt sorry for her but it really not my problem that her insurance company closed and she have to pay us over $6,000. She told me that we need to write it off because the issue. How can it be our problem if your insurance company closed? If you know please let me know. I would listen to you. Anyway I am going to get going and watch some TV so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
Today I woke up at 6 am and I couldn’t go back to bed. My mother in law would like to go food shopping at the army base. The food is a lot of cheaper than other food stores. So Danielle and I went with her and went shopping. I don’t mind going shopping but another hand Danielle hates food shopping. So after we went shopping we went out to eat to have a nice dinner. It just been a very long and busy day but at least we have food in the house. Well I need to get some things done before I go to bed because I have to get up for work in the morning. Today Danielle and I went to the gym to work out. We haven’t been going that often like we would like. I am almost to my goal weight. A lot of people told me that I looked like I lost some weight. So today at the gym we were there for an hour. I didn’t work out that much but I did some. Danielle worked out longer than me. I didn’t run like I would like to today but I know I will get back into it soon. Anyway I don’t have much to write about so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
Today at work was pretty busy for a Friday. I had to pick up a lot of calls today. I really don’t have to pick up calls unless it’s my phone day. I am so beat I can’t even think on what to write about. I over slept this morning and I had to get ready in a half hour then like an hour before. I was going crazy.
