Today is my last day of being 28. I can’t believed that I been out of school for ten years. I have been working at my job for over six years. I been married going on seven years. Next thing you know that I will be the big 30. I have to say I still feel like a teenage since I still joke around a lot. Sometimes I am very outspoken at work. I think I get it from my father. We used to work together at the company back home. We use to do a lot of pranks on people. I love it at times. Well I need to pay some bills and hop in the shower. Today was a very busy and stressful day at work. I need a break so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
I feel like all what I do on my blog is talk about work. I guess that’s what I get when I work almost every day. I feel like I live at work then at home. Today my supervisor came to me on an account and she wanted to know if why it took me so long to review. From the notes on the account we are still reviewing it but the patient just wrote a note to admin. Some people just don’t know how to wait. I just want to ring that patient. A lot of the patients I talk to on the phone want an answer NOW. Most of the time we have to review the charge and find out more information, they think they are the only ones. The group I work for see about 40,000 patients a month and its only 15 of us what we do. So you do the math and think of all the bills that can be not paid in full by insurance company. On top of that we have to know all insurance companies not just one like some other people do. I think patients think that if they write a letter to admin things will happen faster. In a way we do treat it as an urgent request but sometimes it’s very pointless to do that. Even thou patients will get all upset over little things and you tell them they have to pay they don’t want to hear it. Anyway I don’t want to go on and on about work. So I think I am going to play a game or something so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
As we know today is Monday and back to work. Today was my phone day which I do hate but I have to do it. After lunch my boss came to me to ask me to do the mail since the person always do the mail she was off. I am a person who won’t say no to a boss. I can’t believe it took me so long. So I was off the phone about 3 hours just doing the mail. Guess that’s ok since I don’t have to be on the phone talking to patients.
After work I came home for more mail. I felt like not opening the mail but the good thing is it wasn’t that much. Right now Danielle and I are just relaxing and watching some tv. Anyway I am going to get going so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
Today Danielle and I went out to look for a Wii game. We found Sonic Unleashed. At first we didn’t know what we have to do. After a while we found out what we have to do. The only thing about the game is that it has a lot of story then playing.
Also today Danielle and I went to the gym to work out. We were there for an hour and half. I tried to run my mile but today I couldn’t do it. I don’t know why thou. Anyway I think I am going to play the game with Danielle so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
It’s another Saturday night and Danielle and I are doing nothing. Sometimes it’s good that we have nothing plan. I am thinking on watching a movie before we go to bed. The question is what movie to watch. I really would like to watch a scary movie but I know Danielle don’t like them. So we are looking for a new Wii game to play together. If we do buy a new game I will sure blog about it sometime soon. Also I need to find something out online so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
I can’t believe that this month is almost over. When did the time gone? I know when I was a teenager people told me before that time will go fast when you get older. They are so right and now I am telling people that. I want to know why it seems that way. The only thing I could think of is because school just seems forever.
Talking about the end of the month I am trying to get a lot of my work done before the end of the month. So far I am doing pretty well. I been giving some work to my team members but they seem not to work on it as much I would like them to. I really don’t want to be on the phone Monday but it’s my phone day so what can I do. Anyway I don’t want to bore you so I am going to get going. So this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
Today I went into work and it wasn’t too bad today. I think I talked to 4 people today on the phone. I tried to get some work done. My team is doing ok with their work. If you don’t know that I am a specialist at my job and I have to work with two people who answer phones every day. If they need help I am there to help them. Now my boss wants me to report to her on our numbers of phone work and so on. So I have to do so much more but have to do it. Sometimes it’s hard to work with them because they are used to do their own work now someone else’s work. However we need to get the work done within ten days from the call. My boss did tell me if I have problems I can go to her about the issues I have.
After work I went home and relax which I do need since we have been going to the gym a lot more. Right now Danielle and I getting to watch some tv before we go to bed so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
Tonight Danielle and I went to the gym again. Tonight I met with our personal trainer. Her name is LeeAnn and she is very nice and understanding. We made a work out plan for me. She told me what I need to do before I start working out. She made me do some work out things and boy I was feeling it on some points. I was with her for an hour going over everything. The nice thing about the gym this is part of our membership. Anyway I am tried I am going to bed if I can. So this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
Tonight Danielle and I went to the gym to work out. We had a pretty good workout tonight. The only thing is my feet hurt a lot. I don’t know why they hurt so bad. Right now Danielle and I are watching the biggest loser. I am sorry again for this short blog but I need to relax so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
Back to work today and it was raining this morning. I am so glad it was raining today and not this weekend. It rained all day today and I was on the phones. The one good thing was I was in a training class in the morning so I was lucky on that part. The phones were too bad today I got some new accounts but not as much before. Anyway that’s work today and four more days to go till the weekend. I think I am going to watch some tv and relax and go to bed early so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
