Today Danielle and I went to the gym for the second time. Before we started to work out Danielle want to try out a protein shake. In our gym there is a small café with food and drinks. So we asked the guy about a pennant butter shake. He asked if we ever had one and we told him no and he stated he can make a pennant butter and jelly. It was pretty good Danielle and I shared it. It was pretty good the good thing is it was over 40 grams of protein. Well I need to get some things done before work in the morning so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
