Day 015 – Loooooooooooong Friday

Today I woke up late for work but I made it to work on time thou. I walked in and said my good mornings like I do every day. The coworker I told her off yesterday, she said good morning. I was little shocked that she was talking to me. Maybe she knew that I was being honest. At work was very busy for a Friday. Every time I sat down and get ready to work on an account someone needed help. So you know I am not a boss or a lead but I am a specialist so if a phone rep needs help I am there to help them. Also, I had a meeting with my manger about an account. She was pretty mad at our admin department. The reason is that they told the patient that we will adjust off the bill; however they never told us till the patient called me up on Wednesday. I did the adjustment today. Also a patient wrote on our collection letter “This is bull $h1t”. Well I won’t spell out the word but I’m sure you know what it is. I feel like calling him up and tell him off. If you only pay your $200.00 balance you don’t have to worry about it. Such is life I wrote him a letter showing him the outstanding charges that’s due. Well I am tried so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
