Day 013 – Half way point

Today is Wednesday and the week is half way over. Work wasn’t too bad but I am just being so busy I don’t know where to start. I just look at this way I am human and I only can do so much. I just love the people who call up about stuff and they know what to do but they just want to bug us. Then after you do the work on their account you call the, back and then they are like ummmmm I don’t know what you talking about. Then when you explain why they called they are like oh yes or oh ok. I just feel like did you really want us to do all the work. I will use this person for an example. She called me up and stated never had a lab work and EKG on a date. After telling her I saw reports she stated that she did have the lab but not the EKG. So I told her I will review it so the next day I just called her up to let her know that I do see the EKG report then she was like oh I will just pay the bill. So why did you want me to review the account if I told you in the phone call from you that you had it done. I hope you understand where I am coming from. Maybe I am looking at it wrong but don’t know. So this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
