Just do it

I know I haven’t blog in a while just been busy doing other things outside of the web. This weekend we had our nephew’s birthday party. I can’t believed he is three now. It just seem like yesterday he was born. We got him a nice bike for his birthday. He loves the new bike. I am glad that we found it. It was very hard to find the store that carries that bike.

Anyway work was something else. Today I had a patient’s daughter called me up and stated to me that she received a great deal of letters  from her insurance company. She read one of the letters off to me and I didn’t understand it that well so I asked her if she is willing to fax over the letter so I can review it. She stated she would like to come in to talk to someone about it. We have certain people who see patients. I can see them if I was advise to my lead to see them. So it so happen this week there is a lady that I will call “Sue”. So I came back from my break and Sue told me that’s the patient is out in the waiting room. I stated to her that its her turn to see the patient. Sue told me that she will make copies and give me the work. So make a long story short, I went to my lead and told her what’s going on and she took my side. So Sue have to all the work because its her job. Well gotta go so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here for now.
