Today I got an email about the overtime. So I am going into work at 6 am Thursday. I don’t understand work because I get paid no matter what I do and the over time is there. However for our department we don’t get overtime till my boss look into it but I can do the overtime doing something else for the office. Why would it be ok to work over on a project for the office but not the department? I am so lost and don’t want to think anymore so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
Today I went into work in the morning for two extra hours which wasn’t too bad. Now my boss told us she doesn’t know about the overtime. I wish they can make up their mind. With that being said I am not going in early in the morning. I really don’t care I got some extra hours. Well I am sleepy so I am going to bed so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
Today I worked 10 hours. It wasn’t too bad at all. I got into work about 6 am and found out our email was down. Then our system was running slow. I didn’t mine that too much. It was nice and quite it was only two of us in the department for an hour. I put my iPod on and go to town. The good thing is no one is talking to you and has to answer the phones. I am going in again early Tuesday to make some more money. The overtime is easy stuff to do we just don’t have the time doing the day to get it done so that’s why they offer overtime. Well I am going to keep this short too because I need to get to bed, so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
Well tomorrow is Monday and I am going into work an hour early. They asked us if we are willing work any over time for some things need to get done. I was like sure why not. The job is not too bad it’s really easy in my book. I think you can even do it. We are just moving credits on one charge to another. Sometimes the accounts have more than one so it will take you longer but in the most part it’s not too hard to do. Well need to get to bed because I have to get up early. So this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
Today Danielle and I went out to Best Buy to get a new Wii game. We wanted a game some time but just didn’t know what kind to get. So we both agree on Wii Resort. So far we like it the game. It just take some time to get used to all the games with it. Anyway I am getting tried again. I been tried a lot and I don’t know why. I hope I am not getting sick. So I am going to keep this short so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
So today at work I called the help desk for a computer problem. They came to my desk and my supervisor had a fit. She told my lead that if I had a problem I should asked her. I have to say she dosent know much about computers. Also what is the point of the help desk? Well I’m going so this is Matt in the hat and I’m out of here.
Well I am just going to write another short blog. Work is getting a little better but not all good. I still have a lot of work to do. Today the phones weren’t that busy which is good. Just sometimes I wish I just can get things done faster. I hope one day I will be up to date but I know that won’t happen. Well I think I am going to watch some Wipeout. I love that show. Danielle told me that I should go on it. I was like yeah right I can’t even swim. Anyway I am going to go so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
I just want to vent a little about work. I have so much work to get done but no time in the day. Most of the time I pretty good with my work but lately I been so busy and I can’t get my work done. I think they just want us to take the calls and work on the letters but doesn’t worry about the work have to be done on the accounts from the phone call. I just don’t know what else to do. However I been following on accounts that I have passed off to other people. One of my co-workers hates it but she is the one who started first. Well I think I am getting off and relax so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
Today is my 200 day straight of bloging. I am doing pretty good I have to say to myself. Even thou sometimes I don’t write a lot but at least I tried. Right now I am watching some TV and chatting online. I really watch way too much tv. Anyway I need to get some things done before bed so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
Today I went into work and I can’t believe how crazy it was again. I don’t mind being on the phones because it is part of my job however I don’t like when other people think that we can get work done. I am so behind in my phone work. I explain to the person I guess I will just answer calls and if the work don’t get done it don’t get done. It is just so funny how they want to cut cost on things but they want us to make copies of the letters what we send to patients with the patient’s letters. Keep in mind that we save it on the network so anyone can view them at anytime. I think it’s just that person have to “grade” me every month so she don’t feel like looking for the letter. I mean how are really to look for a letter on the network if we put them in ABC order. That person always seem lazy to me and she always need help on her excel files. Then I have another coworker who gets made because I follow up on the accounts I gave to her. If you remember that I got told that I didn’t follow up on the accounts even thou I feel like it’s not my fault. So her turnaround time is four weeks so I emailed her last week when for weeks are up. She told me last week that she will update the account. So I follow up again today and nothing was done. So what I did I email her again, she got upset because I have been emailing her too much. I just don’t seem to care about anyone else at work. I think I do too much for so little time and pay no less. Any I am going to relax it’s hot tonight so this is Matt in the hat and I am out of here.
